Swarthy started with Pearle Jones's life as a farmer: long days, real results and a habit of fixing things yourself. That work ethic carries into every fence, garden, outdoor build and home repair we take on. We serve homesteaders, gardeners and homeowners across Central Virginia and the Triangle with practical advice, careful work and a finish we'd be proud of on our own land.

The Story Behind Swarthy
Swarthy grew out of farming. Working the land teaches you to build fences that hold, keep water where plants need it and fix what breaks without waiting on someone else. Neighbors started asking for help with their own gardens, fences and sheds, then with repairs around the house. Today Swarthy serves growers and homeowners from Richmond, VA to Raleigh, NC with the same practical approach that keeps a farm running.
